Return Order

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Pinsbests, that’s why we offer a 7-day return & exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Without authorization the items returned will not be accepted.

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the order was received.

3.  All items must be returned in their original condition. It must not be scratched or worn, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. Customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it when returning or exchanging items. Returns or exchanges that cannot be tracked will not be processed.

5. Any promotional gifts received must be sent together with the returned items when returning. Otherwise, the price of the promotional gifts will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

1. The items are not eligible for resize, exchange or refund.

2. The items were damaged.

3. Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Refunds & Exchange Processing time

Returns & Exchange will be processed within 5 days after receiving the return package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.

Please Note: 

1. Please do not return your order to the address on your package. Because that is not our return address. The package which is sent to there will not be processed.

2. Return or Exchange shipping cost are born by customer.

 

Self Service Return & Exchange Instruction

Step 1: Initiate your return

Contact our after-service to get the authorization.

Step 2: Pack & Ship the items

Attach your return information  which includes your order number, full name, email address and the returned items. The package should be sent in a traceable way.

Step 3: Wait for the return successfully confirmation email

When we received the package, we will send you an confirmation email. It will be processed  within 5 business days.
 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
